The construction content is mainly a comprehensive equipment room. It is a three-story building above ground and a reinforced concrete frame structure with one underground floor. It covers an area of ​​4636.83 square meters and has a total height of 18.6 meters. The total depth of the semi-underground pool is 7.5m, and the total construction area is 6986.82 square meters (excluding semi-underground pool). Production fire hazard is designed according to Class E and Class II fire resistance. Outdoor anaerobic reactor, biogas desulfurization device, acid and alkali storage tank, etc.
The sludge adopts the method of stacked screw dehydrator + low temperature drying.
