Nature of construction: reconstruction and expansion.

(II) project scale and content

The project covers an area of 9972.61 square meters, with an investment of 51.4993 million yuan. The design scale of wastewater treatment system is 1500 m3/d. The wastewater treatment is planned to adopt the process of "Pretreatment Secondary A/O MBR Ozone Catalytic Oxidation RO System Evaporation System". After treatment, the reclaimed water enters the existing 3000 m3/d reclaimed water reuse system, part of the clear water is recycled to the plant area, and part of the effluent is discharged into the sewage treatment plant of Lingang Development Zone through special pipelines for treatment, and finally into Xiaoqing River.

The construction content is mainly a comprehensive equipment room, which is a reinforced concrete frame structure with 3 floors above the ground and 1 floor below the ground. It covers an area of 4636.83 ㎡, and the total height is 18.6 meters. The total depth of the semi-underground pool is 7.5m, and the total construction area is 6986.82 ㎡ (excluding the semi-underground pool). The fire hazard in production shall be designed according to Class E and Class II fire resistance rating. Outdoor anaerobic reactor, biogas desulfurization device, acid-base storage tank, etc.

The sludge is dried at low temperature by means of a stacked screw dehydrator.

The construction of the project is in line with the relevant national industrial policies, and the project site is in line with local planning.
