Basic Projects of 1. Construction

The proposed project is located in the factory area of Qilu Pharmaceutical Dongjia Industrial Park, Dongjia Street, Licheng District, Jinan City, with a total investment of 92.9 million yuan and a total area of 9972.61m. The main building is a comprehensive equipment room, including 3 above-ground floors and 1 semi-underground pool. The proposed project is a reconstruction and expansion project, with a sewage treatment scale of 1500m/d, and the sewage treatment process is "pretreatment secondary biochemical treatment advanced treatment reclaimed water reuse treatment".

Waste water:Part of the wastewater treated in this project is recycled to the plant area, and part is discharged into Dongjia Town Water Purification Plant through special pipelines for treatment, and finally discharged into Xiaoqing River. All indicators of the treated wastewater discharged from this project meet the standards of key protected areas in Tables 1 and 2 of "Discharge Standards for Water Pollutants in Watershed Part 3 Xiaoqing River Basin" (DB37/3416.3-2018), and "Notice of the General Office of Jinan Municipal People's Government on Improving the Implementation Standards for Discharge of Water Pollutants from Some Sewage Discharges Enterprises" (Ji Zheng Ban Zi [2011] No. 49) (of which: COD45mg mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 4.5mg/L) and "Chemical Synthesis Pharmaceutical Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB21904-2008) Table 2 and other standard requirements.

Exhaust gas:The high-concentration exhaust gas generated by this project is discharged up to the standard after being treated by "two-stage acid washing and one-stage alkali washing RTO of desulfurization tower", and the low-concentration exhaust gas is discharged up to the standard after being treated by "acid washing tower, alkali washing tower, water washing tower. The exhaust emission limit of this project shall be in accordance with the standards listed in Table 1 of the key control areas of the Emission Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds and Odor Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Plants (Stations) of Organic Chemical Enterprises (DB37/3161-2018), the Emission Standard for Air Pollutants of Pharmaceutical Industry (GB37823-2019 -2018) and the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Regional Air Pollutants of Shandong Province (DB37/2376-2019).

Solid waste:In addition to general solid waste, the solid waste generated by this project is mainly hazardous waste such as sewage treatment station sludge and desulfurization impurities. Hazardous waste shall be strictly transferred and disposed.

Noise:The main noise sources of the Project are mainly from pumps, fans and air compressors of the sewage treatment station. According to the monitoring of existing projects during this EIA period, the noise at the boundary of Dongjia Base meets the requirements of Class 2 of the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008).
